STELCOMMS Remote/ Fixed Monitoring System, SCOPE – F3000 is a new generation of multi-channel Monitoring/ DF System.  STELCOMMS system is built based on the digital correlative interferometer method and broad/ narrow-band combination monitoring technology. The system meets the ITU requirements. The system provides ITU measurements such as Frequency, frequency difference, level, field strength, frequency offset, bandwidth etc for law enforcement agencies.
